Deposit: 200 € in cash as guarantee against any damages.
The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay provided there is no damage.

Deposit Policy:
The deposit is charged to the card one day before the entry and is returned to the card on the day of departure.
30% when making the reservation by bank transfer
70% upon arrival at the apartment in the key collection office, in cash.
Cancellation Policy:
Strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival. Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
- Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by Airbnb for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service. Please review these exceptions.
- Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
House Rules
- No smoking
- Check in is anytime after 3PM
- Available only there a set of keys. In case of loss or theft, they must pay a penalty of 40 €.
- For added security, you should shut the door to leave the house.
- Please, drink responsibly and to respect the environment, please turn off lights, heating and air conditioning every time you leave the apartment.
- is prohibited in the apartment to accommodate more people than has been reported in the reserve.
- Please respect the rest of the neighbors. It is a residential area where people work, so keep the volume of voice around the house.
They are considered hours of rest:
Monday – Friday 22:00 to 9:00
Saturday – Sunday 24:00 to 10:00 * Please note that the owner the right to expel a group is saved if neighbors complain about noise repeatedly. - is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. If you wish, you can climb to the balcony to smoke.
- Departure of the apartment before 15:00 h. Please inform the exact time of departure for the delivery of corresponding keys.
- There are recycling bins at the corner of the street Abdó Terrades Mila i Fontanals. Please do not leave any trash in the apartment on departure
